What this site stores
This site sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no fonts or content from third-party servers. When you visit, our hosting provider Netlify processes technically necessary data (such as IP address and time) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
Contact form
When you submit the form, we process your name, company, email, phone and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form is processed by Netlify; Netlify may process data in the USA, safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We delete the details once the request has been handled, at the latest after twelve months if no contract results.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Simply send us an email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
The SYNDEXUS application
The application itself (customer area) is covered by separate data processing agreements. The database is hosted in a data centre in Frankfurt.
To read documents (for example invoices, contracts, bank statements), the application sends the document concerned to the AI service of Anthropic PBC (USA). This is based on Anthropic’s data processing terms including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. The result is a suggestion that the manager checks.
